These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Task Flow AI Assistant – To Do (“Task Flow,” the “App,” or the “Service”), including our mobile apps, companion experiences, AI assistant features, task management features, reminders, calendar integrations, subscriptions, support channels, and any related services where these Terms are posted.
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service
Task Flow is a productivity and task-management app with AI assistant features. The App allows you to create, organize, plan, schedule, and manage tasks, reminders, habits, calendar-related planning, AI conversations, and related productivity data.
Depending on the features available to you, Task Flow may include:
- task and subtask management
- reminders and notifications
- daily planning
- habits
- folders, labels, tags, and priorities
- completed-task history
- AI assistant conversations
- AI-generated task suggestions and plans
- voice task capture and transcription
- text-to-speech
- optional Email-to-Task
- optional calendar integrations
- subscription-based Pro features
- companion experiences for supported platforms
Some features may not be available on all devices, operating systems, countries, languages, accounts, or subscription plans.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms.
Task Flow is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If the law in your country requires you to be older to use online services or consent to data processing, you must meet that higher age requirement.
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Your Account
You may need an account to use Task Flow. Accounts may be created or accessed through supported authentication methods such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your account secure
- keeping your login credentials private
- maintaining control of the devices connected to your account
- all activity that occurs under your account, except where caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law
You must provide accurate account information where required and keep it updated.

We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been compromised, is being misused, or is being used in violation of these Terms.
5. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Presage42 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Task Flow for your personal or internal business productivity purposes.
You may not:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or Service
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the App or Service, except where applicable law expressly permits this
- bypass, disable, or interfere with security, rate limits, subscription checks, or access controls
- use the Service to build or improve a competing product by unauthorized scraping, extraction, benchmarking, or reverse engineering
- use the Service in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license agreement applies.
6. Your Content
“Your Content” means the tasks, notes, reminders, habits, plans, labels, folders, AI chat messages, calendar-related planning information, email-to-task content, voice input, preferences, and other information that you create, submit, upload, send, store, or process through the Service.
You retain ownership of Your Content. Presage42 does not claim ownership of Your Content.
You grant Presage42 a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and use Your Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service
- sync your data across devices
- operate AI assistant features
- process voice, email, calendar, and reminder features
- provide support
- maintain security and prevent abuse
- comply with legal obligations
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it to the Service.
You should not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or content that violates the rights of others.
7. AI Assistant Features
Task Flow includes AI assistant features powered by OpenAI’s API. You can ask the AI assistant to help create, edit, organize, prioritize, schedule, or adjust your tasks, reminders, plans, habits, calendar-related planning, and related settings.
The AI assistant may help you:
- create tasks
- edit tasks
- complete tasks
- delete tasks
- create and edit reminders
- build and adjust daily plans
- reorder and prioritize tasks
- organize tasks into folders, lists, tags, or labels
- suggest habit or planning improvements
- adjust in-app planning settings and notification preferences
- help schedule items as calendar events where calendar integration is enabled
The AI assistant acts only within your account and on your data. Changes made by the assistant are reflected inside the App, where you can review, edit, complete, delete, or restore supported items.
The AI assistant cannot change operating-system-level permissions, manage your Apple, Google, or Microsoft account settings outside the App, or change your payment details.
8. AI Output and User Responsibility
AI-generated responses, task suggestions, plans, summaries, dates, priorities, and other outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, inappropriate, or not suitable for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them.
You should not rely on the AI assistant as a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, tax, psychological, safety, emergency, or other professional advice.
Task Flow is a productivity tool. It is not designed for emergency use, safety-critical use, medical use, legal decision-making, financial decision-making, or any situation where failure, delay, or inaccuracy could cause serious harm.
You are responsible for deciding whether a task, reminder, plan, date, notification, or AI suggestion is correct and appropriate for your needs.
9. AI Inputs and Third-Party AI Provider
AI requests are processed through our backend and forwarded to OpenAI’s API to provide AI assistant, transcription, text-to-speech, and related features.
Depending on the feature you use, information sent for AI processing may include:
- your AI chat messages
- relevant recent conversation context
- task titles
- task descriptions and notes
- due dates
- reminder information
- project, list, folder, tag, or label names
- habit and planning-related information
- calendar or schedule context relevant to your request
- planning preferences relevant to the assistant’s response
- AI-generated outputs
- audio you record for voice transcription
- text you ask to be read aloud
- email subject and body text when Email Assist is enabled
You are responsible for the content you submit to AI features and for ensuring that you have the right to submit it.
Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the task you want the assistant to perform.
Our use of AI processing is described further in our Privacy Policy.
10. Reminders and Notifications
Task Flow may send local and remote notifications to remind you about tasks, plans, habits, and scheduled items.
Notifications may include task titles, reminder text, dates, times, or other short task-related information.
You are responsible for configuring your device, notification settings, operating system settings, internet connection, calendar permissions, focus modes, and app permissions so that reminders can work.
We do not guarantee that reminders or notifications will always be delivered, delivered on time, or displayed correctly. Notifications can fail or be delayed due to device settings, network issues, operating system behavior, third-party service outages, calendar provider issues, app settings, or other factors outside our control.
You should not rely on Task Flow reminders for emergency, medical, safety-critical, legal, financial, or other high-risk situations.
11. Calendar Integrations
Task Flow may allow you to connect calendars, including Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar, where available.
Calendar integration is optional. You should connect a calendar only if you have the right to access and use that calendar account.
If you connect a calendar, Task Flow may create, update, remove, sync, or display calendar events as needed to provide scheduling and planning features. The AI assistant may use relevant calendar context when you request planning assistance.
You are responsible for reviewing calendar events created or modified through Task Flow.
Task Flow is not responsible for missed events, incorrect scheduling, duplicate events, calendar-provider errors, sync delays, permission issues, or changes you make outside the App.
You may disconnect a calendar integration at any time. Events already created in an external calendar may remain in that calendar unless you delete them there or remove them through supported App functionality.
Your use of Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Apple Calendar, and related services is also subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
12. Email-to-Task Feature
Task Flow may offer an optional Email-to-Task feature.
When enabled, Task Flow generates a private email address for your account. Emails sent or forwarded to that address can be used to create tasks in your Task Flow Inbox.
You are responsible for keeping your private Email-to-Task address secure. Anyone who has that address may be able to add tasks to your account by sending email to it.
You can generate a new Email-to-Task address where supported, which disables the previous one.
File attachments sent to your Email-to-Task address are ignored and are not stored or processed by Task Flow.
If Email Assist is enabled, the subject and body of emails sent to your Email-to-Task address may be processed by OpenAI to generate a task title, notes, subtasks, priority, dates, or related task details.
You are responsible for reviewing tasks created from emails.
13. Subscriptions, Billing, and Purchases
Task Flow may offer a free plan and paid Pro subscription features.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules of the platform where you purchased the subscription.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, such as your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting the App or deleting your Task Flow account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription through the relevant app store or billing platform.
Prices, features, trial availability, subscription periods, and promotional offers may vary by country, platform, currency, eligibility, and time.
We may change prices or subscription features from time to time. Where required, changes will apply according to the rules of the relevant app store or billing platform.
Refunds for purchases made through Apple are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed by Apple unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.
We use Adapty to help manage subscription status, purchase validation, paywall configuration, restore purchases, and access to paid features.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions rule, export-control rule, or third-party right
- create, upload, or process unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, exploitative, or deceptive content
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others
- attempt to access another person’s account or data without permission
- interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage the Service or its infrastructure
- bypass usage limits, rate limits, subscription checks, security measures, or access controls
- use bots, scrapers, automated tools, or bulk extraction methods without our written permission
- reverse engineer, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except where expressly permitted by law
- submit malware, malicious code, spam, phishing content, or fraudulent content
- use the Service to send unauthorized emails or create tasks through another user’s private Email-to-Task address
- use AI features to generate or facilitate illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or rights-violating content
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- use the Service in a way that could harm Presage42, the Service, other users, or third parties
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive manner.
15. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, including features, platforms, integrations, AI models, subscription plans, usage limits, or availability in certain countries.
We may do this for reasons including:
- security
- abuse prevention
- legal compliance
- sanctions or export-control compliance
- provider limitations
- App Store or platform requirements
- technical limitations
- maintenance
- business decisions
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Some features may depend on third-party services such as Apple, Supabase, OpenAI, Adapty, Google, Microsoft, Twilio SendGrid, Hosting Dünyam, or app store platforms. We are not responsible for outages, delays, changes, restrictions, or failures caused by third-party services.
16. Restricted Countries and Export Compliance
The Service may not be available in all countries or regions.
Availability may be limited by App Store settings, legal requirements, sanctions and export-control rules, AI provider availability, operational limits, technical constraints, or business decisions.
Our backend may block AI access from certain countries or regions.
You may not use the Service if you are located in a country or region where use of the Service is prohibited by applicable law, sanctions, export-control rules, provider restrictions, or our availability settings.
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your use of the Service.
17. Third-Party Services
Task Flow may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including:
- Apple
- Supabase
- OpenAI
- Adapty
- Microsoft
- Twilio SendGrid
- Hosting Dünyam Bilişim Hizmetleri
- app store platforms
- email and support providers
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not own or control.
Your use of third-party integrations may require you to accept additional terms from those providers.
We may add, remove, replace, suspend, or change third-party integrations at any time.
18. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use Task Flow.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
19. Feedback
If you send us ideas, feedback, suggestions, feature requests, bug reports, or other comments about the Service, you grant Presage42 a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, copy, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise exploit that feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you.
This does not give us ownership of your task content, AI chats, calendar content, or other personal productivity data.
20. Intellectual Property
The Service, including the App, software, design, interface, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, features, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by Presage42 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
Except for the limited license granted to you under these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service.
You may not use Presage42’s name, logos, branding, trademarks, or other protected materials without our prior written permission.
21. Account Deletion and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
You may delete your account from within the App or by contacting us at hello@presage42.com.
Account deletion is described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account may permanently delete your backend task data, AI chats, plans, habits, labels, folders, calendar connections, push tokens, preferences, and related records, subject to limited legal, security, accounting, subscription, dispute-resolution, or backup-related exceptions.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple or another app store. You must cancel the subscription through the relevant platform.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if:
- you violate these Terms
- you misuse the Service
- your use creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risks
- we are required to do so by law or provider requirements
- we discontinue the Service or a material part of it
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on subscriptions, user responsibility, AI output, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution.
22. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presage42 disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee that:
- the Service will always be available
- the Service will be error-free
- reminders will always arrive or arrive on time
- calendar sync will always be accurate or immediate
- AI outputs will be correct, complete, safe, or appropriate
- data will never be lost, delayed, corrupted, or unavailable
- third-party services will continue to operate or remain integrated
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presage42 and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, productivity, or expected savings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presage42’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be limited to the greater of:
the amount you paid to Presage42 for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose; or
USD 50.
These limitations apply whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
24. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Presage42 and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to:
- your misuse of the Service
- your violation of these Terms
- Your Content
- your violation of applicable law
- your violation of third-party rights
- your unauthorized use of another person’s account, calendar, email, content, or data
This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
25. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded Task Flow from the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service.
Presage42, not Apple, is responsible for providing support for the Service.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Service.
Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, intellectual property claims, or claims that the Service fails to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Service.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you.
These terms apply only to the extent required by Apple’s applicable rules and do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, technology, business practices, legal requirements, provider requirements, or platform rules.
When we update these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice, such as an in-app notice or website notice.
If you continue using the Service after updated Terms become effective, you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
27. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
Where permitted by law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
If you are a consumer living in a country where local law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims in your local courts, those mandatory rights are not limited by this section.
28. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision will be interpreted or replaced to achieve the original purpose as closely as possible to the extent permitted by law.
29. No Waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.
Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Presage42 to be effective.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific features or purchases, make up the entire agreement between you and Presage42 regarding the Service.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and additional terms for a specific feature, the additional terms will control for that feature.
